The Toy Collectors Fairs are strong and the future is looking great.
Whilst everything is going so well, Barry, Marie, Simon, Ellis and Valentina have decided to step down from organising and as from 1st August 2026, BP Fairs will be under the ownership of the Warners Group.
Warners are a family business specialising in both publishing and running major events throughout the country. The professional and very friendly team at Warners are ideally placed to take the fairs forward.
There are no plans to change the format of the fairs and important aspects such as the layout of the tables, established exhibitor positions and the BP Fairs name will remain unchanged. Barry and his family will be working with Warners to ensure a smooth and seamless handover.
Running Toy Collectors Fairs for more than 46 years including 38 years at Sandown Park alone, has been a privilege and a joy for Barry and his family, but looking to the future, Warners are the perfect team to take things forward.
Most importantly, whether you are attending as an exhibitor or a visitor you can look forward to many more great times at the fairs.
Ellis Potter commented “Knowing the team at Warners, I can confidently say that there is no-one better placed to take on our Toy Collectors Fairs. If anything, with their contacts, events team and knowledge of the collecting scene, I expect the Toy Fairs to become even more successful. The future for the fairs is very bright.”

1000's of collectables at each event.
Choose between model railways, diecast model cars, lorries, buses and aeroplanes, Star Wars, Dr. Who, Marvel, Avengers and other sci-fi collectables, Funko POP vinyl figures, teddy bears, Scalextric, Lego and much, much more!
Prices start from just a pound or two and can run up to several hundred pounds for the very rarest models.
If you have some toys or collectables that you are looking to sell, why not bring them along to one of the fairs - many of the dealers are always keen to buy and will pay top prices for your models on the spot. You could also try booking a stall yourself - many people find it a great way to turn surplus models into cash.
We look forward to seeing you at the fairs.
